When Making a Hotel Reservation If you elect to make a room reservation through our web site you will need to furnish your name, telephone number, billing address and credit card type, number and expiration date, in addition to the dates of your stay, the number of rooms you will require and the number of adults and children in your party. In order to permit us to serve you better, you will also be asked to furnish the following additional information, as applicable, although it is not required in order for you to obtain a reservation: your e-mail address; whether you qualify for a special rate as a member of the American Automobile Association; and whether you have any special requests).
